Paul, one thing gets my attention from your report: I believe it is the first time that a crew is composed of a majority of women.

I wonder whether this is standard for this team, or whether it is related to the war context. Or maybe just chance?

I believe Team Nanos had put on an all-female crew in Quebec City at one point, but that wasn't the case in Montreal. Of course, we've had a few female designers before (Helen Ong, Cindy Chung etc. to name just two).

But for Team Ukraine, it's a war-context issue too as men are not really allowed to leave the country at the moment. Dmytro had to get special permission to do so.
