Hello Friends,

every third year the people in the village Oensingen in Switzerland celebrate the "Sonnwendfeier" with two huge displays.

Two clubs (RCO & VCO) pay one fireworks company to represent them with six fireworks segments.

Each segment is 5 minutes long, so you see about 60 minutes of fireworks on this day in this rather small village.

This year the VCO asked Parente Fireworks to represent them, the RCO was respresented by Bugano AG like every year.

Hi Stardust,

Once again, thank you for the brilliant pictures and the accompanied link. I actually thought that the first picture was well described by you: "Mother and Sons". It certainly looks like it. The gold colors are also always welcome in the lower parts as well as to contrast with the massive red shell at the top. It reminded me of what a few countries did last year.
