Un nouveau manège aquatique est présentement en construction à La Ronde. Selon des informations parues la semaine dernière sur le RollerCoasterTalk (un groupe de Yahoo), il s'agit du modèle "Shoot-the-Chute" fabriqué par Intaminhttp://www.intaminworldwide.com/i_products_water.htm)

À ma grande surprise, ce manège n'est pas construit en bordure du lac, mais plutôt vers le centre du parc. Le Diablo (anciennement appelé "Troïka"[img]http://montreal-fireworks.com/forum/img/smilies/wink.gif[/img] a été démantelé, tout comme le Palais des Glaces, le mur d'escalade et quelques jeux d'adresse. J'ignore si ces attractions seront éliminées ou relocalisées dans le parc, mais c'est à cet endroit que les travaux de construction ont présentement lieu.

Ce devrait être la seule nouveauté pour l'année 2004. La construction d'une importante montagne russe a été reportée, vraisemblablement à 2005.

yeah i got that info from xtremelaronde.tk

i personally think the place is just pain wrong, its not even near the lac

as for Diablo and Palais de glace, they can take them put in the garbage or sell it cuz they r old now

it sucks for our park to have only 1 ride this year, perhaps its becuz the low profit they made this year

I agree. I prefer it near the lake, where the water rides are. I think putting it around there is not very attractive to people.

For the Diablo, I personally like it a lot, ever since I came to La Ronde, I liked it. If they remove it, I hope they put it somewhere else, but I like where it is now.

Although I wish there would be more than one ride, I guess it's better than nothing, but still, it would've been nice.

Frederick, do you know anything on the repairs of the Telefrique?"

I wonder if the new participants this year are going to use the rides at La ronde for their performances...I like when they use the Ferris Wheel to do special effects.

Enkil. Merci d'avoir ajouté un lien vers le site "XtremeLaRonde", que je ne connaissais pas. Le forum de ce site est un lieu plus approprié pour échanger sur les nouveaux manèges que celui-ci, qui devrait demeuré centré autour des feux d'artifice.

but theres nothing much too talk about fireworks right now anyways

thats a great site, their forum is also very good, very active
