Hi Everyone,

Thanks for the comments on the pictures I have on my website. I have been taking the fireworks photos for 2 years. Hopefully next year I'll go to La Ronde itself to get the shots.

Thanks again,

Purpleman

Purpleman,

A very interesting site with a lot of comprehensive and infromational content. Please feel free to share anything about pyrotechnics with us!

I particularly like this picture:

Smoke, i like the pictures, particularly becuz can how a final looks like from a far view, especially the Caballar ending

if u watch it carefully, it looks like a major explosion

Dear Purple

I just wanted to let you know that i find your site very nice! I have only seen it from LaRonde, so it's pretty special to get an impression of what it's like from the other side of the river. And also how "far" the shells actually are from the audience seats, because the shells are shot "away" from LaRonde (Over the river)

Thank's again

Lars

I agree both with Lars and Enkil on the angle perspective. It looks very nice from that side and we get the impression of how big the displays are, especially when you see all that smoke.

People from such a distance see what the a gigantic finale looks like. In some of the pictures, the smoke build kinda looks like a big thunderhead with multiple flashes within it. It's very nice.

Thx.

Trav.
