The 1st Philippine International Pyromusical Competition (P.I.P.C.), organized and produced by Platinum Fireworks, Inc. in cooperation with SM Mall of Asia will be staged at the bay located at the seaside of SM MOA complex, Pasay City on February 14, 21, 28, March 7 & 14, 2010.
The participating pyrotechnic companies are by invitation, selected based on their pyrotechnic displays experience, achievements and honors. All the participating companies submitted their company background and previous achievements in the field of pyrotechnics displays as the basis of their acceptance as this year participants.
The competition will be a 18-minute “pyromusical” divided into a) 15minute-participant selected variety of songs and b) 3minute-Platinum provided theme song which will be part of the whole music . The show will be fired in the barge anchored 300 meters away.
The main objective is to bring in tourists, local and foreign, into the Philippines and SM Mall of Asia Complex by bringing in the best fireworks display artist from all over the world to showcase their talents and artistry in the field of “Pyrotechnics” in musical format.
Mall of Asia, with its mission of giving happiness and entertainment, with its perfect location of fireworks activities will lead in this grand event in partnership with Platinum Fireworks, Inc.
A trophy designed and handcrafted by our national artist await to be awarded to the winner and the honor of being the First Philippine International Pyromusical Competition 2010 “First P.I.P.C. 2010 Grand Champion”
