You wanna see smoke? well there was a lot and it smelled really bad and was very difficult for my poor fragile lungs - I am a chronic asthmatic - even my friend had difficulty breathing that night and says he is going to wear a mask next time - the sacrifices we have to make to ensure that we get some half decent shots of the fireworks hehehe

Despite the situation, I'm glad that you were able to get some excellent captures there, Rachel, though I'm sure it must've been a challenge for you to pick out the best ones, given the smoke accumulations! As for the smoke, I don't think you'll have to worry about it for this Saturday, but viewers stationed elsewhere might. Continued unsettled weather may have some role, too. We'll keep a track of that.
