According to French news media, two Brézac Artifices employees have been killed today, as an explosion occurred in a company warehouse.

Brézac Artifices has competed in Montreal in 1997, 2001, 2006 (Silver Jupiter), 2010 (Bronze Jupiter) and 2014 (Bronze Jupiter and Best Soundtrack Award). Their shows have often emphasized humanist themes. The 2014 display was a giant historical fresco on Nelson Mandela's life.
