I lit some fireworks on my concrete cement and it left a burn mark. How can I get rid of this mark?

The best thing is to probably cover or patch it up with paint with asimilar colour to the cement or try something that can replace the burn.
BTW, why did you light fireworks on cement?

The best thing is to try to cover it up, because it will be very difficult to try to remove a chemical burn left of from fireworks form a pavement.
