It is certain that Vaccalluzzo (and, therefore, Italy) will be in Montreal for the 2012 competition? If so, I am greatly looking forward to the display!

There is an interesting crossing sequence of mines, but the cameraman was definitely to close to the firing area to provide a good overview. It's difficult to make an opinion on the basis of a such video, especially without musics. Does someone know more about Vaccalluzzo's past realisations?

I saw another Italian display last Saturday at the Parc de la Chute Montmorency, the Quebec City International Fireworks Competition, made by Bruscella Bartolomeo. The quality of the show was really unequal, with some bad segments (inconsistent pyromusical design, lack of synchronization) and good ones. It was nothing in comparison with the show performed in Montreal by Morsani. The closing display was scheduled for tonight, but it is postponed to Friday due to the bad weather conditions.

Many storms that developed across eastern Ontario and southern to eastern Quebec yesterday afternoon (August 10th) were quite vicious, so I am not surprised by the postponement. Tomorrow (Friday) should be a great day for the display, though it will likely be a little cool during the evening.
