La Ronde, home to the Montreal international fireworks competition, is about to get a partly modified ownership. This morning, Six Flags and Cedar Fair (the latter being the operator of 11 amusement parks in North America, including Cedar Point and Canada's Wonderland) announced an agreement to merge both companies.
