Just wanting to wish everyone a very safe, enjoyable and merry Christmas!

As was the case last year (and 2011), it would seem that we are having a white Christmas for 2013, as the total snow depth is well above 2 cm by this morning across much of the country. Also, on a side note, this could be the coldest Christmas day since 1985 for the Montreal area, so be sure to dress warmly if heading out.

Happy holidays and merry Christmas to you, Trav, and everyone here on the forum. We should be looking forward to something special in 2014: the 30th edition of the Montreal International Fireworks Competition. We should know the format and competitors in just a few weeks! In the meantime, enjoy the two remaining Feux sur Glace shows in Old Montreal, as well as the midnight fireworks on New Year's Eve!
