Sad news indeed - but I suspect that, as the quality of Chinese-made products has increased, they've been priced out of the market if all their manufacturing remained in Spain. Other companies (e.g. Ricasa) embraced some advanced technologies to save setup time, which I suspect also hurt Vincent Caballer.
