Consumer Fireworks Covering

Hello to all reading this post. I have a slight worry.

I'm planning a large consumer fireworks display near my house in a large field. And I don't know about the weather ahead. The display will be in the middle of August, but I still need to make sure.

Is it possible I can cover my fireworks so they don't get destroyed by weather? Would garbage bag work? Aluminum foil? Or something?

Is there a possiblilty that the fireworks will explode in the tube if I cover it? Because I am only used to helping my uncle with his 2"-4" fireworks displays around Île-Bizard, and we use garbage bags. Doesn't La Ronde use that too? Ah well.

Let me know ASAP.

Is there a possiblilty that the fireworks will explode in the tube if I cover it? No danger at all if you use foil or plastic - the fireworks will easily shoot straight through. Foil is the easiest to apply and also protects the fireworks from any falling sparks.

Doesn't the setup crew at la ronde use plastic? Because that is what flew around the display two nights ago.
